  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or special launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

  • Within Karnataka: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of India: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes. Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order. House of Kalakarini is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photographs of the package so we can assist you.
